Frequently asked questions

Why do I need to listen to “The Wall Street Shuffle”?

You need to know what we know.  Finance is the alliance of money and politics.  We make the complex simple and we enjoy doing it.
Finance is a puzzle consisting of many pieces… science, art, facts and insight all blended with a pinch of humor and entertainment.  Sometimes, you need only one piece in order to complete your personal financial puzzle.  We offer that piece.

Are you just another “Buy, buy, buy…sell, sell, sell” show?

Not at all.  Moreover, did they ever tell you when to “sell” what they told you to “buy”?
We offer a unique blend of economic, financial, investment and political insight.  Most importantly, we look for the daily “back story” to very complex financial questions.
We have no interest in painting only one picture of the market.  We know that optimism sells but we also know that if we can help paint an accurate picture of the financial and political world that you will face tomorrow, you will make better investment decisions.

Will I be better off and happier after listening to the show?

We all know that a successful and peaceful personal financial world is an essential component of a happy life.  Financial success is like driving a great car very fast on a magnificent long, dark and twisted road.  The most important things to have are the instinct to know where you want to go and to have the skills to get there.  You do not get there by watching the car in front of you and you don’t get there by watching the car behind you.
I’m happier when I understand the world that I live and invest in.  I think you are, too.

What exactly is a “Wall Street Shuffle”?

The name comes from two places.  First, we bring exceptional insight and analysis into the backroom deals and dealings from Wall Street to Washington.  We watch the money move, who is moving it and why.
Second, our inspiration comes from the infamous 1973 song written by 10cc called “The Wall Street Shuffle”.  The lyrics, are as poignant today as they were in 1973.  Another indication as to how the game remains the same and how only the players change.

Why are we special?

Our Wall Street Shuffle team is an exceptional group of financial and entertainment professionals.
If each of us are very lucky and we work hard, there will come a point in our lives when our experience, education, opportunity and hard work combine at exactly the right moment to provide the greatest benefit for our friends and family.
This is our moment.
We sell nothing (OK, maybe a t-shirt or a bobble head or two).  We are not an infomercial.  We do not select sponsors that are biased towards a bull market to make money.    We are not a daily talk show that tries to “do finance and politics” because it is the topic of the day.
What we are is a financial talk show that gives you facts and insights you will not hear anywhere else.  Neither is this easy nor is it readily available.  We know how our Treasury works.  We know how Wall Street works.  We know how Washington works.  And, we know that they are all linked by a common factor…money and greed.
You need to break the code of the financial world and not just follow blindly a “tip of the moment”, “hot money” or some financial advisor that is really just a salesman or carnival barker disguised as a financial prophet.
You need to know what we know…
